Association of Writers Groups
The National Association of Writers
Groups was launched in the summer of
1995 and has over 150 affiliated groups
and over 100 associate (individual)
members spread across the United
Kingdom. The aims are to bring cohesion
and fellowship to isolated writers’
groups and individuals, promoting the
study and art of writing in all its
aspects. It also provides an information
service to enquirers such as where to
find a local group and how to set up a
new group from scratch.
